DHOS Brugge hosted our 4th transnational project meeting in beautiful Bruges, Belgium from 9 to 11 October 2023.
Participants from the 4 project partners met at the Sint-Jozef School for 3 days with the aim of finalising the project’s intellectual outputs and preparing for the conference and course in April 2024. The objective of the project is to develop inclusive and sustainable curricula through co-creating knowledge within professional learning communities (PLCs).
Updates were provided by the partners on their different PLC efforts. The biggest breakthroughs came by discussing in depth the frame of thinking (R1) and the building blocks (R2). Understanding was greatly improved and partners worked very productively to define different elements.
As a result, the frame of thinking was better defined, and many building blocks had been improved or rewritten to be more relevant and impactful.
Partners also discussed the programme for the conference and the course which will happen in April 2024.
It was not all work as visiting participants found some time to walk around and see some of what the beautiful city had to offer, and sample delicious Flemish cuisine. Many thanks to DHOS Brugge for the hospitality.
